Job Title: Facilities Administrator
Hours: 25.5 hours a week across 3 days with a 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Salary: £20,000 (pro-rata)
Location: Barnet (Hybrid Working)

Walsingham Support are a charity that has been supporting people with learning disabilities, autism, brain injuries and complex needs across England and Wales since 1986. As part of your role, your duties will include:

  • To provide strong administrative support in the day to day running of the Facilities function of the department and to the wider organisation.
  • Act as a first point of contact within the Facilities Team during working hours to ensure emails and phone calls are taken and queries dealt with in a time effective manner
  • To oversee the maintenance of records of all facilities contracts that the organisation enters and ensure copies are appropriately stored
  • You will also be responsible for supporting with the office’s, fleet management, insurance matters, telecommunications administration.

  • Office experience broadly encompassing the main responsibilities of the role
  • Fully Flexible to meet the needs of the business
  • Candidates need to be proficient with Microsoft packages
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of excel spreadsheets, PDF, outlook, word and internet systems and competent typing skills
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with good organisation skills
  • Comfortable to complete training online via Microsoft Teams
  • Flexibility with Working From Home
