Hours: Full time – 37.5 hours

Salary: £27,000 - £38,000 depending on experience. 

Location: Watford (Multi- Sites)

As an inspirational Registered Care Manager, you will hold registration and oversee our business operations in an assigned service, whilst working closely with the Support Living Manager, to embed and maintain a standardised business operating Model.

The role

  • Overseeing 2 services
  • Managing daily operational tasks to support and achieve individuals/business aspirations and goals to maximise efficient service.
  • Ensuring all care and support is offered with the individual at the heart of all choices and decisions made.
  • Coaching and mentoring service staff and practice leads, agreeing SMART performance objectives.
  • Assist and support the operations and engagement manager with the implementation of the business operating model and transformation plan.

About you

  • Have a Level 5 in Health and Social Care or be willing to work towards Level 5 
  • Health and Social Care Experience
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Have a strong track record for the highest quality standards of operational delivery through a team within your indemnified service.
  • Have proven experience of CQC, REACH standards and budget control
  • Flexible to ensure the services run smoothly
  • Leadership experience
  • Able to perform efficiently in a high-pressure environment and demonstrate excellent risk management, problem- solving and decision- making skills.
  • An understanding of Project management
